Format Frenzy

Join us for an eight-week whirlwind of various improv frameworks. Throughout this journey we'll explore a new pair of exhilarating formats each week to enrich your repertoire. We'll also create our own unique format, ready to be performed in a show at the conclusion of the workshop.

**Week 1:** La Ronde and Vignettes **Week 2:** Monoscene and Slacker **Week 3:** Living Room and Deconstruction **Week 4:** Pretty Flower and Four Square **Week 5:** Close Quarters and Crisis **Week 6:** Bat and Movie **Weeks 7 & 8:** We'll create our own format!

As formats like the Harold and Armando are staples of many improv schools and theatres, there's a fair chance that you've already spent some time learning these. For that reason, we'd prefer to focus on the other formats out there, and ones that you might not have had as much experience performing.

Class numbers are capped at 12 to ensure you'll have adequate time to experience every format covered. By keeping numbers to this size, we can ensure that you'll be actively involved in every format run over the course of the 8 weeks.
